What is involved in the initial consultation?

During the initial in-home care assessment for personal care services, BellaCare Inc will meet with you and go over the areas you need help with and the services we can offer to ensure can meet your needs. We will also provide materials describing services and costs. 

 

Do you accept Medicaid?

BellaCare Inc is an approved Medicaid waiver provider for Home Care services. This allows us to help provide long term in home care services so your loved one can stay in their homes.

 

Are you licensed?

BellaCare is licensed by the State of Nebraska Health and Human Services for Home Health Care and personal care services. 

 

Do we receive an agreement?

Every client that receives in home care or personal care services is provided a bill of client rights and responsibilities that outlines the responsibilities of the patient, caregiver, and BellaCare Inc. We do this to ensure we meet your expectations.

 

How do I know you can meet our needs?

When providing senior care, the caregiver is provided written goals for the patient that are developed by the patient and family. This is to ensure all of your needs are met and we provide the best services and care for your loved one.

 

How do I know if I can trust the Caregiver is qualified?

We only hire the best staff with a passion for helping others. Every in home caregiver is hired and trained directly by BellaCare's professional staff. 

 

What services to you provide?

BellaCare Inc provides in home care to seniors and people with disabilities and has caregivers to provide 24/7 care. Our personalized service can include personal care, bathing, grooming, transportation, nutrition, hospice care, dementia care, companionship and much more. We’ll meet with you to provide a plan that best meets your needs.
